About Dr. Lindsay Batek, ND

    After graduating with honors from the University of Rochester, Lindsay traveled to Cochabamba, Bolivia where she worked as a volunteer for one year. During this time she realized that the biggest influence on our health is how we live our daily lives. The food we eat, the air we breathe, and the environment in which we live are vital to our well being.

    Upon her return to the US, Dr. Batek sought formal medical training to enable her to guide others in taking responsibility for and optimizing their own health. She attended Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington where she studied under the leaders in the naturopathic medical field, and received multiple scholarships and awards for her academic achievements.

    Lindsay was raised in Geneva, NY (her maiden name is Higgins) and recently moved back to her native New York to be closer to her family, as she begins her own family. She holds a naturopathic medical license from Washington State and is a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians and New York Association of Naturopathic Physicians.
